I have a big thumb. This one fits me. The angle of the wrap around section of the pick it is a bit weird, so I had to re-shape it with an Emory Board. I was also able to trim the Tip of the pick with a Nail Clipper and polish it with a Nail file/polisher similar to this one. Nail Art Buffer Buffing Block Shiner Polisher Sandpaper Pedicure Manicure CareNail Art Buffer Buffing Block Shiner Polisher Sandpaper Pedicure Manicure Care. After my customization its perfect!

I've been trying to find a thumb pick for us afflicted with "sausage fingers". I tried once to use large thumb picks and use hot water to open them up, which it did, but it either went completely straight or it didn't hold in place. These fit and they allow me to explore this option more completely.

A must for larger thumbed pickers. No more circulation restrictions. Good quality long picking surface can be filed down if needed.

Before buying thumb picks players need to try different sizes. They come in small, medium, large and extra large. They are just like T shirts. I find the XL works best for me. It fits snug enough not to fall off but comfortable enough to wear for long playing sessions.

Exactly what was advertised. Still looking for extra large thumb pick a little bit thinner than medium
